National Pro-Life Generation Sidewalk Day 2020

The SID Advocates for Life Team presents an opportunity for high school students, college students, and young adults to participate in a Pro-Life event Saturday, August 1, from 7am-12pm.

Students for Life of America is holding a National Pro-Life Generation Sidewalk Day on August 1st. From 7 am to noon, the local group–STL Pro-Life Future–is planning to host the sidewalk day at Hope Clinic (abortion facility) in Granite City, Illinois.  A great turnout is needed to provide an impact for people coming into the abortion clinic that day.

This event is for high school students, college students, and young adults.  If you’d like more information, contact STL Pro-Life Future leader, Austin Tuttle (Edwardsville) at 217-801-8758.

On August 1, groups of pro-life young people from around the country will be at abortion facilities to provide sidewalk counsel to women coming to those clinics.  They will have materials to hand out to women coming to the clinics. Advanced training will be provided for those who are willing to do sidewalk counseling. Others are invited to hold supportive signs (provided by the leaders or you can bring your own) and pray.

The goal is to be a positive presence for the women coming to the clinic and to represent the pro-life cause in a positive way.
